Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Natural Writer Extension and its related website and services (“Natural Writer,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Purpose and responsible use
Natural Writer is a writing workflow and productivity tool that enters user-provided text into supported editors. It is not designed, offered, or authorized for academic dishonesty, plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, evading authorship or AI-use disclosure requirements, or deceiving educators, employers, publishers, or other reviewers about how work was produced.
You must not use Natural Writer to submit work as independently authored when doing so would violate applicable rules, or to conceal prohibited assistance, fabricate drafting history, or misrepresent the origin or creation process of content. Features that simulate typing, pauses, or corrections do not establish who authored a text and must not be used as proof of authorship.
2. Your responsibility
You alone choose the text, destination, and manner in which you use Natural Writer. You are responsible for your content, the accuracy and legality of submissions, any required citations or disclosures, obtaining permission to use materials, and compliance with your institution’s academic integrity rules, employer policies, platform terms, copyright law, and other applicable requirements. You must independently review all content before using or submitting it.
Natural Writer does not evaluate whether a particular use is permissible under your institution’s or organization’s policies. When uncertain, seek authorization before using the tool. Your responsibility does not eliminate any rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your login credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share accounts to evade usage limits or use the service to interfere with other systems. We may restrict access for violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
4. Credits, subscriptions, and billing
Writing credits are digital usage units, not cash or transferable property. Available credit packages and subscription prices are shown at checkout. Purchased credits are intended not to expire while the service operates, subject to these Terms and applicable law. A monthly Unlimited subscription renews until canceled; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Any applicable taxes and renewal details will be shown at checkout. Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with applicable law and our stated refund terms at purchase.
Payment features may not be available until launch. Do not assume a subscription or credit purchase has been completed unless checkout confirms it.
5. Service limitations
Compatibility, typing behavior, performance, and availability may vary by browser, editor, and third-party changes. We may maintain, modify, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that generated typing behavior will meet any external policy, assessment, or authorship standard.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights you hold in text you supply. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to process that text. Natural Writer software, branding, and site materials remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or acceptance by any institution or platform. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for consequences resulting from your prohibited, deceptive, or unauthorized use, including disciplinary, employment, or platform actions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits non-waivable consumer rights.
8. Changes and contact
